Terms of carriage

Diese Seite wird auf Englisch angezeigt. Verbindlich ist die italienische Fassung.

These terms apply to every service booked through EtnaRide and carried out by C.R. Multiservice di Cosentino Riccardo (Autorizzazione NCC n. 6 del 20/11/2025). They are also reproduced in the contract you receive on confirmation.

  1. The service is provided as private hire with driver under Italian Law 21/1992 as amended, on the basis of a contract concluded before the service begins.
  2. The stated price is fixed and includes fuel, tolls, parking and VAT. Additional stops or detours not agreed in advance are not included.
  3. At airports and ports 60 minutes of waiting from actual arrival time are included; elsewhere 15 minutes from the agreed time. Waiting beyond those limits is agreed case by case.
  4. The passenger may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the pick-up time; after that any deposit is retained.
  5. The carrier may replace the stated vehicle or driver with others of the same category, informing the passenger.
  6. The number of passengers and items of luggage may not exceed what was declared at booking, nor the capacity of the vehicle. The carrier may refuse excess or undeclared luggage.
  7. Minors travel under the responsibility of the accompanying adult. Child seats must be requested at booking and are provided at no extra cost, subject to availability.
  8. Smoking on board is not permitted. The passenger is liable for damage caused to the vehicle.
  9. The carrier is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside its control: traffic, weather, road closures, volcanic activity, strikes, police checks.
  10. Personal data is processed to perform the contract as set out in the privacy notice; the vehicle position is shared only during the service and deleted afterwards.
Text prepared by the operator, not by a lawyer. It describes exactly how the service works; the binding terms are those of the contract you receive on confirmation.
