EtnaRide is the trading name under which C.R. Multiservice di Cosentino Riccardo presents and sells its own transport services. Transport is carried out directly by the holder of the licence shown above, with its own vehicles and drivers. We are not a travel agency and we do not resell third-party services.
This is private hire with driver under Italian Law 21 of 15 January 1992, as amended. The service is always by prior booking: we do not wait on the street, we do not pick up passengers on the spot, and every ride arises from a contract concluded before the service begins. The contract is generated automatically when the booking is confirmed and remains available from the link sent by email.
The fares published on the route pages are fixed prices and include fuel, tolls, parking and VAT. The price becomes final when we confirm the booking; until then it is a quote. Additional stops or detours not agreed in advance are excluded, as are the surcharges shown at quotation (for example the night surcharge).
Online payment is not active yet. The site calculates the quote and the booking is then confirmed by hand, via WhatsApp, phone or email. No amount is charged by the site. When online payment goes live this page will be updated and the site will say so clearly.
We do our best to keep to the agreed times, but we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control: traffic, weather, road closures, volcanic activity, strikes, police checks. At airports and ports 60 minutes of waiting from actual arrival time are included; elsewhere 15 minutes from the agreed time. The carrier may replace the stated vehicle or driver with others of the same category, informing the passenger.
