The data controller is C.R. Multiservice di Cosentino Riccardo, VAT 04743740872, reachable at info@etnaride.com.
To carry out the transport we process: name, email, phone, pick-up and drop-off, date and time, number of passengers and bags, flight number where given, and any notes you write. The legal basis is performance of the contract. Without this data the ride cannot be arranged.
During the service, and only during the service, the vehicle position is shared with you through a temporary link. The link stops working shortly after the ride ends and recorded positions are deleted within 24 hours. We keep no movement history, neither of customers nor of drivers.
Messages exchanged with the driver are stored with the ride and translated automatically so that people who do not share a language can communicate. Both the original text and the translation are kept.
Only those needed to perform the service: the assigned driver, and the technical providers that let us operate — site infrastructure, email delivery, messaging. We do not sell data and we do not pass it on for advertising.
Ride records and tax documents for the period required by law; positions within 24 hours of the end of the service; data from people who write without booking, for as long as needed to reply.
This site uses three cookies, all strictly technical: they make it work and they track nobody. There are no profiling cookies, no advertising and no third-party analytics.
| er_cliente | keeps you signed in to your area after you open the link sent by email — 30 days |
|---|---|
| er_autista | keeps the driver's phone signed in to their list of rides — 180 days |
| er_admin | keeps the operator console signed in — 12 hours |
No public page loads anything from an external domain: fonts, maps and scripts are served from this domain. That is why there is no consent dialog — there is nothing to consent to. The day we add analytics or third-party tools, one will appear, and you will be able to refuse.
You can delete technical cookies from your browser settings anyway: the only effect is that you will have to sign in again.
You may at any time ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, and you may object to processing. Write to the address above. If you believe the processing is not lawful you may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority.
